Delivery
If an order is placed by 3PM, and the product is in stock – we will ship it the same day, for delivery the next day. If an item is out of stock we will be in contact to advise when we could expect it back in stock.
Warranty
12 month warranty. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections on real wood products.
If there is something wrong with your item within 12 Months of purchase, please contact our customer service at hello@homefurnitureco.uk. Describe the damage and, if possible, supply with photos showing the damage.
